1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of Conor Cosmo India Private Limited (www.conorcosmo.com) or entering into a manufacturing agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Manufacturing & Private Label Services

Conor Cosmo India Pvt. Ltd. provides cosmetic third-party manufacturing, private labeling, custom formulation development, and contract manufacturing services.

• Formulation Approval: Final formulations must be formally approved in writing by the client prior to mass commercial production.
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): All manufacturing orders are subject to predefined MOQs specified during contract quotation (e.g., 2,000 units per variant).
• Regulatory Compliance: We manufacture in accordance with ISO 22716 & GMP standards. Clients are responsible for ensuring their product artwork and marketing claims comply with applicable brand regulatory standards.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, trademarks, logos, brand assets, and proprietary manufacturing processes of Conor Cosmo India Pvt. Ltd. remain the exclusive property of Conor Cosmo. Client logos, brand names, and custom-developed client artwork remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective client.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Commercial manufacturing orders require advance payment according to the agreed Purchase Order (PO) or Proforma Invoice terms (e.g., 50% advance upon PO creation and balance prior to dispatch). Taxes, duties, freight, and shipping charges are billed as per actual agreed invoice terms.

5. Shipping & Order Dispatch

Delivery timelines communicated during quotation are estimates based on raw material availability and production scheduling. Upon dispatch from our factory in Ambala, risk of loss or transit damage transfers to the designated freight carrier, unless transit insurance is explicitly specified in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Conor Cosmo India Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of product usage beyond our direct manufacturing scope.

7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ambala, Haryana, India.
